1. Cloud & Storage Subscriptions
Service Plans: AiBox Cloud provides Cloud Storage, Cloud NAS, and AI Agent integration plans (ranging from 50GB to 2TB or custom tiers).
Account Provisioning: Subscription access and setup instructions will be sent via email upon payment confirmation.
Acceptable Use: Users are responsible for all data stored within their allocated storage space. You agree not to store illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content on our servers.
Subscriptions are billed on an annual or plan-specific basis.
Payments processed using AIBOXS tokens or other accepted methods are subject to verification before account activation.
All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
While AiBox Cloud strives to maintain continuous service uptime, maintenance or technical updates may cause temporary interruptions.
Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical data.
